Join us on June 15th with the WMarkteplace in Honor of Juneteenth

Juneteenth marks the day when enslaved Black Americans in Galveston, Texas were notified of their emancipation. Commemorated every year on June 19th since 1865, Black communities come together to celebrate freedom, remembrance and progress.

This year, Juneteenth is observed alongside continued strife for Black-owned small businesses and stifled growth for Black working professionals. Juneteenth is a celebration, but it is also a reminder that there’s still a long way to go in closing racial and economic inequality gaps.
More awareness and year-round support of Black Owned Businesses and Brands is needed as much of us have not received federal funding or forgivable loans to survive through the pandemic and rising economic crisis.
Follow the brand as we continue to the conversation with other Black Woman Owned businesses on June 15th at 12pm (PST) through The W Marketplace.
