Is there really no order minimum for direct accounts?
Yes — once your account is approved, there is no order minimum. We built it this way because Faire’s $50 floor was pushing out exactly the kind of small buyers we want to work with. Order what you need, when you need it.
How is this different from ordering on Faire?
Faire imposes a $50 minimum on orders and their platform economics (fees and commission structure) apply to all transactions. A direct Sunsum® account has no minimum, no platform fees, and gives you a direct line to the maker.
Do you offer net terms?
Net-30 terms are available for approved accounts with established order history. New accounts typically begin on prepaid terms.
Where are your products made?
All Sunsum® products are handcrafted in Nevada. We are a certified Made in Nevada brand.
I’m a maker, not a retailer — can I still apply?
Absolutely. Independent makers who retail at markets, pop-ups, or through their own studio shop are welcome. If you sell to end customers, you qualify.
Can international businesses apply?
Yes — we welcome international wholesale accounts. International orders are processed through a dedicated market with applicable shipping rates and terms.
