While capitalism taught us that our customers love giraffes, we wanted to take this opportunity to celebrate all safari animals and share how safari animals are making a difference right here in Las Vegas.
Since 1989, the Lion Habitat Ranch has rescued former wild and exotic pets and more recently partnered with the San Diego Zoo to convert the animal sanctuary into an educational zoo about safari animals.
As the name suggests, there are a lot of rescued Lions on the property, but a lesser known fact is that the true star of the habitat is a painting giraffe named, Ozzie.
While the Safari Animal Christmas Ornaments are all gone for this holiday season, the real animals that inspired the ornaments are still here and need your help.
