Seven minutes. That is all this ritual requires. Not because wellness should be rushed — but because seven minutes, done every morning without exception, compounds into something extraordinary over the course of a month, a season, a year.

The morning ritual I am sharing here has three phases. Each uses fragrance as an anchor — a sensory signal to the brain that this moment is different from the noise of the day. That this moment belongs to you.

What You Need

The 7-Minute Practice
